Unable to sync invoice with asterisk in invoice number

Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-205941 - Sync conflict for Customer 43372|http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-205941] Unable to sync a delivery. Getting an Unknown Error.   The only thing that sticks out is the Invoice number contains an asterisk(\*).
