Some orders not getting Terms set

Description _ *Note* :_   This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-205050 - Terms NOT showing up on all orders|http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-205050]   *Steps* :   1. Use Federated db. From TM > Consumption Site.   2. Select a customer with Terms = 20 - COD.   3. Create a call order. Terms is not carried over to call order.   *Issue* :   TERMS does NOT always follow thru to the order screen. It is not consistent. Some orders do & others don't. If it does not show up on the order screen it does not print out on the order.   On some orders the terms are not being set on the order. Consumption site shows the correct terms. Customer maintenance shows correct terms.   Happening in 17.3.1024 with Origin integration   {color:#0f0f0f}Example - Acct# M1082 - Darlene Sipe - The terms did not show up.{color}   {color:#0f0f0f} *Acceptance* :{color}   {color:#0f0f0f}1.
