*Steps* :
1. From TM > Consumption Site. Select and open a specific customer site.
2. On Site tab, click Julian Calendar hyperlink label.
*Issue* :
When clicking the Julian Calendar link in Consumption Sites, Site tab, Degree Day Information section, nothing happens. Users are not able to add new calendars or edit existing ones. No console error is shown.
