Description _Notes:_   This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-204794 - Unable to print new customers orders|http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-204794]   Happening in 17.3.1024.114     + *Steps* :+   1. Use Parkers db. Open customer 1005768 site.   2. Navigate to Orders tab and open the call order.   3. Click Print button. Clock selection is not displayed and report is not printed.   + *Issue* +:   For any newly added customers(Since their last update), Orders cannot be printed. When clicking the print button nothing happens. The second screen with the clock selection does not come up. There are no console errors in Chrome.   Happens with the Print button inside the Order screen, or when choosing Print Order from the Orders menu pulldown on the Consumption Site screen.   Printing orders for customers that have been in the system for a while will print as expected.   + *Acceptance* +: Should be able to print customer order - {color:#0f0f0f}1005768{color}   + *Note from Dev:* + Approval status was null and the view that checks and determine if record is approved or not does not consider null.
