* Add Max Daily Reading to Clock Maintenance
** Track for each of the 12 Months Jan-Dec
** Default Values September-April = 150
** Default Values May-August = 50
* If Actual Daily DD readings > Max Daily Reading for the month
** Give error message to user and do not allow saving of the clock record.
** Example:
*** Clock Reading of May 23 for 22 DD will be ok
*** Clock readinng of May 25 for 82 DD will trigger error
*** Clock reading of December 3 for 400 DD will trigger errror
