Direct Printing sometimes fails and hangs the entire session. Log shows 'invalid parameters'

Description Occasionally the Direct Printing of Call entries will hang, causing i21 to get stuck. Closing or refreshing the browser window is the only way to recover.   Has happened to multiple users intermittently.   I was able to grab the direct printing log file after such an event (attached) and it does show "Invalid Parameters" at the time it occured.
