Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-198466 - Can't get into consumption sites or sync clock readings|http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-198466] A query got hung up/ran for a long time and it cuased "Failed to load resources" messsages thoughout TM.
