On a Call Entry, the Price field appears to be using the "Currency Decimals" option in Company Config under System Manager to determine the number of decimals to show by default. When you select the field it will expand to show all.
Fuel prices should display all decimals by default. Please update to show all 6 decimals by default, and when selected. Fuel price fields can skip using the Currency Decimals option.
Make sure that values ending with zero show when the field is not selected.
