To handle multiple invoices scenario that are synced separately that have the same date as the last delivery date of the site.
* Update Site Information (Estimated, Burnrate,Next DD, Last Gals)
Outcome should be the same as if they were synced together. Will need to gather the first delivery information, and recalculate from the prior delivery.
