Note: Encountered in db with origin integration only
* Issue
** Wrong Customer #/Name is showing up on Device Screen when adding new Customer Owned Device from Site.
** It will save to proper customer and looks fine on re-open of device from Site.
** Customer # and site # is also showing when adding new device from Devices > New button.
* Requirement
** Customer # and Site# should reflect the actual customer a site is being assigned to.
** Customer # and Site# should not reflect a customer site when creating a new device.
* Steps
** Select customer without tank.
** Click on Attach Device > Customer Owned
** Heading will show a different customers, as well as Device > Site button will drill into that invalid customer.
