The following fields should be required:
1. Lease > Billing Frequency should be required. The specific lease will not be searchable the Lease Billing screen if its null.
2. Lease > Lease Code field should be required since the lease will not be searchable from the Lease Billing screen if its null.
3. Lease Code > Item field. Item should be required because you will not be able to generate an invoice from Lease Billing if its empty.
