* Import all Readings into Clock Readings file (previously was separating between Current and Prior Season readings tables)
* Assign Season Year based on date of the first reading where the season reset is ~ 0.
** Find First Season Reading
*** Get First Reading and set the Year
*** Set all Readings = season year of First Season Reading until next season reading is found.
** Find Second Season Reading,
*** Find Next DD Reading where Accum DD = 0 and > First Season Reading and Year > Current Year
*** Set all Readings = season year of Second Season Reading until next season reading is found.
** Find Third Season Reading,
*** Find Next DD Reading where Accum DD = 0 and > Second Season Reading and Year > Current Year
*** Set all Readings = season year of Third Season Reading until next season reading is found.
** Repeat until no additional seasons are founds
** Example from Brown and Sons
*** 8/29/208 is First Reading and would set the Season year to 2008
*** 5/13/2009 is Second Year Reading for season 2009
*** 5/19/2009 is also Accum DD of 0, but would be skipped since it is still 2009
*** 6/16/2010 is Third Year Reading for season to 2010
*** 5/13/2011 is Fourth Year Reading for season 2011
*** 5/2/2012 is Fifth Year Reading for season 2012
*** 5/16/2013 is Sixth Year Reading for season 2013
*** 5/13/2014 is Seventh Year Reading for season 2014
*** 7/1/2015 is Eight Year reading for season 2015
*** 7/1/2016 is Ninth year reading for season 2016
** Any bad data will be fixed in Origin before date
