Since updating 15.4, the TM menu is too long and needs re-organized setup.
The following changes are needed to be done to the menus and other screens to move the feature to the best placement.
# Remove - Resolve Sync Conflicts
## Move to a Tab within the Sync Delivery Screen
# Remove - Dispatch Deliveries
## Nobody is using. Remove from menu, but leave code as is for 2 releases before being fully removed.
# Remove - Degree Day Clock
## Make acessible from Consumption Site screen with label Hyperlink.
## Make accessible from Clock Reading screen with label Hyperlink.
# Remove - Event Types
## Make accessible form Event Screen with label Hyperlink.
# Remove - Device Types
## Make accessible from Device Screen with label Hyperlink.
# Remove - Lease Code
## Make accessible from Lease Screen with label Hyperlink.
# Remove - Meter Types
## Make accessible from Device Screen with label Hyperlink.
# Remove - Clock Reading History
## Move to be a Tab on Clock Reading Screen.
# Remove - Lease Billing Incentive
## Make as a button on the Lease Screen AND Lease Search Grid.
# Remove - Event Automation
## Make as a button on the Events Search Grid.
# Remove - Lease Billing
## Make as a button on the Lease Search Grid.
## Move Lease Search Grid to the same menu placement as the Lease Billing option.
