* Horizontal Alignment Adjustments
** Remove Phone from this label and resize to make use of the extra space.

* Vertical Alignment Adjustments (Potential Areas to adjust in order of priority)
** Move Page 1 of 1 to actual footer instead of Bottom Margin
** Top Margin/Bottom Margin to .25 Inch, currently at .40
** Combine Terms to line with Phone #.
*** Check Left/right margins as needed (at .49/.65)
*** Only change if needed.
** Adjust Printed time to be on Same row as date.
*** Not standard report header, but could be done if needed.
