_Setup_: Origin Integration is OFF
TM > AR Origin Integration is OFF
*Issue* : Driver's Email is Not Displaying in vwslsmst though it is displaying in tblEntity. This causes the driver not to received a dispatched or cancel dispatched email.
*Acceptance* : Driver's Email should display in vwslsmst and should be able to receive a dispatched and cancel dispatched email.
