*Issue:* Customers with existing contract can't link a contract to other customer. Customer details is not showing in Customer Inquiry > Contracts tab.
_Note_: MultipleActiveResultSets=True line in connection in web.config has been added but sitll can't link a contract
*Acceptance:* Should be able to link a contract to other customers
