*Issue:* When selecting Lease Billing Month in Lease Billing form, it does not display the selected value. It will only display once the value is re-selected again. Values also can't be filtered by entering directly on the field.
*Acceptance* : The value should be automatically displayed in Lease Billing Month once it has been selected once from the dropdown
