Description *Issue:* Multiple sites with the same site number is displaying in one customer.   *Steps:*   1. Open an existing consumption site.   2. Click Site Action > Associate Site button. Select a site be associated.   3. Click Site Action > Reassign Site. Select the same customer site you have selected in step #2.   5. Click Yes to all message that will prompt. Click Yes on the message ' Do you want to load the new site record?'   6. The site on the new customer will display. Notice the sites on the Site Address Panel and check the site number. There are multiple sites with the same site numbers.   *Acceptance:* Reassigning a site in the associated customer should not display multiple sites with the same site number.
