*Issue* : The following are issues in Clock Reading History screen after Season Reset:
1. Title displays Clock Reading History
2. Records are displaying on the grid by default even if there's no selected Clock No and Season yet.
3. Scrolling down the records also displays the clock reading dates that is not within the selected Season.
*Acceptance* : The following should be corrected based on the specification created for this screen.
1. Screen title should be: Clock Readings From Previous Seasons
2. By default, no record should be displaying on the grid until Clock Reading and Season has been selected.
3. Scrolling down the records should only display the clock reading dates that is within the selected Season.
