*Issue:* XML downloaded after dispatch displays incorrect value for cancel order. It Displays 'Y' even if the call entry is not yet dispatch.
*Steps:*
1. Setup Dispatch Option = XML or Both
2. Create a call entry
3. Dispatch the call entry
4. An XML file will be downloaded automatically
5. Check the xml file with tag order_canc. It displays Y instead of N
