*Issue:* Desired Qty accepts values higher than site's tank capacity. It does not automatically display the Tank Capacity value when the entered value is greater than tank capacity.
*Acceptance:* Maximum value it will display = Total Capacity. If the entered value is greater than the Total Capacity, it should automatically display the Total Capacity value.
