Contract Can't Be Closed When Changing Product

Description *Issue:* Contract form can't be closed in Call Entry when the product is changed and no contract has been selected.   *Steps:*   1. Open a customer site and create a call entry. Make sure that the customer site has contract.   2. After clicking Call Entry button, select a substitute product Or changed the product from the site's product field. Contract forms will display.   3. Do not select a contract and click Close button on the contract form. The contract can't be closed.   *Acceptance:* Should be able to close the contract form when no contract has been selected
