*Issue:* Event History form fields are not disabled when opening an event from Maintenance > Events
*Steps:*
1. From Maintenance > Events, select and open an existing event
2. Check the fields. Some of them are not disabled - Date, Type, Level, Performer ID
*Acceptance:* Event History form fields should be disabled when opened from Maintenance > Events
