*Issue:* Consumption Site is still active after it has been reassigned to other customer
*Steps:*
1. Open a specific consumption site and select a site
2. Click Site Action > Reassign a Site
3. Select a specific customer where you want the site to be reassigned then Open Selected
4. This message will display. click Yes
!pastedImage_d29000_0.png! 5. Another message will display 'Do you want to save the changes made?' Click Yes.
6. The message 'This has been modified by another user' message will display. Click Yes.
7. Then open the customer's form where site was previously assigned. Noticed that the site is still active.
*Acceptance:* Consumption site that has been reassigned should be inactive.
