*Issue:* Delivery Dispatching buttons are not working when clicked. Search and Close button though are okay.

* Consumption Site - should open the site of the selected customer
* Dispatch - should dispatch the call entry for the specific customer's site. An email should be sent to driver. The specific site should be tagged as Dispatched.
* Cancel Disaptch - should cancel dispatch for the specific customer's site. The driver should be notified through email that the dispatched has been cancelled. 'Dispatched' tag will be removed.
* Change Driver - should change the call entry's driver to the new selected driver.
