Two Devices Are Attached to Site After Saved

Description *Issue:* Company owned device is being attached twice on the consumption site.   *Steps:*   1. From TM Activities > Consumption Site, open an existing site.   2. Click Attach Device > Attach Company Owned button   3. Search for Devices form will display. Click close.   4. Click Attach Device > Attach Company Owned button again   5. Select a specific device to be attached to site and then click Open Selected button   6. The device will be attached to the customer's site, but it will be doubled.   _Note:_ The number of devices attached is based on how many times steps 2 and 3 were executed.     *Acceptance:* A company owned device selected should not attach or display twice on site form > device tab.   *Note:* Device event (installation event) is logged twice too.
