*Issue:* Can't add an appliances because grid is not visible.
*Steps:*
1. From TM > Activities Menu, select Consumption Site and open
2. Add a new site by clicking the icon beside the search icon (magnifying glass). Enter the needed information for a site
3. Attach a device and enter atleast the serial number and tank type. Click Save.
5. Click Save button on the site form.
6. Navigate to the appliance tab. Notice that there is no grid to add an appliance.
*Acceptance:* Appliance grid should be displaying in order to add an appliance/s
