Print Call Entry is Enable After Attaching Device

Description *Issue:* Print Call Entry button is enabled when a device is attached and saved.   *Steps:* 1. From Consumption Site, click Attach Device > Attach Company Owned Device 2. Select a device and click Open Selected button 3. Click Save button. 4. After the site is saved, notice that Print Call Entry button is enabled even if there's no call entry created.   *Acceptance:* Print Call Entry button should be disabled after saving the attached device. It should be only enabled once a Call Entry is created.
