*Issues:*
1. Clicking Dispatch button from Call Entry does not send an email to the recipient.
2. Cancel Dispatch - Cancel and Close button are not working preventing the user from cancelling the dispatch and notifying/email the driver
*Acceptance:*
1. Should be able to send an email once the call entry is dispatched
2. Cancel and Close buttons should work in order to cancel the dispatch order and to notify/send an email to the driver
