Work Order No and Items are not Saving

Description *Issue:* Work order number and to do items are not saving after clicking Save button on the site toolbar.   *Steps:* 1. Click Work Order > Add Work Order 2. Enter values on the ff fields: Date Scheduled, Additional Info 3. Select To do items 4. Click Save button. The work order has been saved but there is no work order number and to do items were wiped out.   !pastedImage_d27573_0.png|height=294,width=500! *Acceptance:* Work Order No and To Do Items should display after clicking Save button.
