Currently reading shift close date is done by reading the whole xml just to get the shift close date value. It should have option to read using file pattern on xml filename
Condition
1. If File pattern on register setup is null or empty then read the xml content to get the shift closed date
2. If File pattern on register setup is not null and not empty then read xml filename using file pattern
If has problem reading using file pattern then read xml content to get the shift close date
