Our validation team has done some additional, more stringent checks on the production data that you have provided, and we would like you to review some identified issues to see if they can be corrected. *This is a critical part of the Validation Process – in order to move forward towards achieving a Validated status, these issues must be addressed.*
Please find attached a spreadsheet containing the identified issues and specific examples for each one (in separate tabs)

# Please submit a file with corrections for the issues identified. If the issue does not require any coding changes from your perspective, please provide an explanation.
# Once MSAi has confirmed corrections, please implement ongoing in your production files.
# After corrections have been implemented ongoing, our validation team will review a subsequent production file to confirm consistent resolution and no new issues. If this second review produces zero issues, then your file will be sent to RJR for “validated” status approval.
# Once validated status has been achieved, please be prepared to send resubmissions respective to your RJR contracted scan data effective date. We will provide additional details regarding specific dates once you achieve validated status.
