* Background
** During import it is possible that setup has taken place on the register that is not been setup in i21.
** Normally when this happens a customer would call support to fix the setup and then delete/import the checkout data.
* Requirements
** During Import, if any data exists in the Register XML files, but is not setup in i21, then we want to itemize these errors.
** This should be applied to all XML file types (FGM, ISM, TLM, MCM, MSM)
** After Import a Grid of Errors will be displayed with the following columns:
*** Error Message
**** Missing Fuel Grade
*** Register Tag
**** FuelGradeId
*** Error Value
**** 019
** Ignore errors where data to be imported is 0
*** This would be extra setup with no activitiy that does not need to be setup in i21
*** Such as FuelVolumeAmount=0
