- the check out files should not be visible in store's manager/user after they have verified the checkout.
Users that have access to all store locations can:
-Send back the record to the store. (open status) if needed
* Requirements:
** When User > Store Manager = True
*** Then Checkouts Grid should only show Checkouts with Status of Open.
** When User > Store Manager = False
*** Then Checkouts Grid will show all Checkouts for any status.
