When a logged user is a store's manager/user, he/ she can only:
-See the transactions created for that particular store location.
-All drop downs should be filtered by company location tied to the store. E.g. items, register and store configurations.
* Requirements:
** When User > User Roles > has at least 1 record for filtering the allowable locations.
*** Then only show Checkout Store records that is in the list of User Role Location Names
** When user > User Roels > has 0 records
*** Show all Checkout Store Records.
* Also Apply to the following Screens/Grids/Drop Downs where a Store or Company Location is displayed
** Update Register
** Mark Up/Down
** Checkout
** Generate Shelf Tags
** Checkout Transaction Journal
** Consolidate Checkout
** Department Summary
** Fuel Summary
** Payment Options Summary
