*This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-269315 - Checkouts not showing up in i21|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-269315]
*STEPS:*
1. Go to Store > Maintenance > Register
2. Select Store = 1 and click Open Selected button
3. Enter valid credentials on FTP Path, User Name and Password.
*ISSUE:*
Our hosted server was cutover to a new server last night (Ticket 268389). Today none of the checkouts from origin are available in i21, so we can create the i21 checkouts for scan data submissions.
*ACCEPTANCE:*
FTP Path, User Name and Password should be valid and can be saved the credentials on i21 Register screen.
