*STEPS:*
1. Import Translog file to tblSTTranslogRebates table
2. Verify imported translog records
* For this tag trloLnItemDisc - qty, change the data type from int to double/decimal
* On Register XML file, should able to import and didn't encounter any error when importing Register file with '&' on strTrlDesc
*ISSUE:*
Many Store App Not Sending Data
*ACCEPTANCE:*
Should able to import translog file to tblSTTranslogRebates without any error even strTrlDesc has '&' character and trloLnItemDisc - qty should accept double/decimal data type.
