*STEPS:*
1. Go to Store > Activities > Checkout
2. Click New button
3. Verify Checkout Menus
*ISSUE:*
In 20.1 we had menu items(ignore the highlight, see menus on left):

Whereas in 21.1, menus are not seen properly on City Mart server and store PCs.

*ACCEPTANCE:*
Checkout Menus should display buttons on the left.
