*STEP :*
1. Go to Main Menu > Store > Item Movement
2. Set the filters by the following
* Store : 1003
* Department / Category : 6-Deli
* Begin Date : 28 March 2021
* End Date : 03 April 2021
3. Click OK to generate the records
4. Verify in Sales > Sales Analysis Report
5. Verify in Inventory Items

Should able to track properly the results in Sales Analysis Report and Store Item Movement.
