* Objective
** Meet government compliance by limiting the maximum quantities of specific products that can be purchased by consumers.
** IE Max of 5 Juul refills in one visit
* Requirements
** Add new field to Inventory Item Location - Create IC Jira ticket.
** Add new field to Item Quick Entry - Transaction qty to be added on POS tab of Item Quick Entry screen. Refer ST-1850
** Add new field to Update Item Data screen - Transaction Qty Limit
