* Issue
** During Trans Log file import, multiple records are being added to the database with the same intTermMsgSN, intScanTransactionId, and dtmDate.
*** intScanTransactionId is a rownumber calculated field
*** Currently this is being duplicated when there is more than one payline by pay codes
** Together these fields should always be unique.
* Requirements
** Transaction Records should not be duplicated in database on import.
*** Take First Payment Line only
** Need cleanup script to remove duplicates, while preserving the original transaction.
*** Should keep the first payment line and remove additional lines
