* Objective
** Allow for Bin # to be easily changed
* Requirements
** On Lottery Books > Active Tab Screen
*** Enable Bin # field to be editable
*** Show additional Button for Update Bin #
**** This will not show on Inactive Tab or All Tab
**** Update Bin # button will save the results for any edited records.
* Steps
** Open Lottery Books Screen > Active Tab
** Select Book # Row
** Enter new Bin # in Field
** Click Update Bin # Button
** Lottery Count screen will require a recalc to pickup the new bin #
