* Objective
** Revise Returns to not require recalc or autocalculated value and allow for user to enter quantity.
** Require Return Quantity to be reconcilable to total tickets in order to post
* Requirements
** On Data Entry, default return Quantity to 0 and allow user to enter a value
** On Save validate that Returned Quantity is valid
*** Invalid if Return Qty + Sold Qty should <> Total Receive Quantity
*** Give error when Returned Quantity is not valid (underline is not needed just indicates calculated values)
**** Returned Quantity for Book # +123123++12+ does not match Total Tickets of +50+ - Total Sales of +45+ = +5+
**** Correct your Sales Quantities or Return Quantities in order to finalize this return.
** On Post - Prevent posting when Returned Quantity is not valid
*** Give same error message as on Save
* Steps
** Receive Book #1 on 10/1 with 50 tickets
** Activate Book #1
** Count Book #1 on 10/2 qty sold of 25 tickets
** Return Book #1 on 10/3 return qty of 24
** Save Checkout
** Give warning message, that Receive Quantity - Sales does not equal return quantity
** Click Post
** Prevent Posting since Return Qty + Qty Sold <> Total Receive Qty
** Give warning message, that Receive Quantity - Sales does not equal return quantity
** User manually corrects Qty Sales on 10/3 to record 1 qty sold
** Allow Posting since Return Qty + Qty Sold= Total Receive Quantity
