* Issue
** Posting of Lottery Receipts was using a hardcoded Store #, and later there was an addendum to Inventory Receipts to use a new field.
** This caused a discrepancy on Store # length not matching in the future transactions
* Requirements
** The lottery module should leverage the company location to calculate the prefix when posting.
** When Posting a Lottery Receipt
*** Update Vendor Ref# = Company Location Vendor Ref No Prefix + Lottery Game + Lottery Book#
** When Posting a Lottery Return
*** Update Vendor Ref# = Company Location Vendor Ref No Prefix + Lottery Game + Lottery Book# + "R"
