* Objective
** Move Receive Lottery and Return Lottery Screens to Checkout for consistency.
** This avoids timing issues with posting receipts and returns when a Checkout is not posted or backdating receipts to a prior date accidentally.
* Requirements
** Incorporate Receive Lottery and Return Lottery as Tabs/on a checkout
*** Use Checkout Date as Receipt Date
*** Use Checkout Store as Receive Store
