* Issue
** Checkout reports shows many values that have no activity that is making the report longer than needed.
*** Currently the report is 7 pages long and only needs to be 3-4 or less.
* Requirements
** Update Checkout Report and Consolidated Checkout
*** In Department Sales Section
**** Do not Display Records with 0 Register Amount and 0 Amount and 0 Transaction Count
*** In Payment Options Section
**** Do not Display Records with 0 Register Amount and 0 Amount
