* Objective
** Some States require Bottle Deposits to be collected when sold
*** Example Michigan .10 per 20 OZ Pop
** Some items require additional fees to be collected when sold
*** Example - Fees for activating a gift card
* Requirements
** Send Deposit PLU from Item Location Code to Passport
*** When Deposit Required = Y and Deposit PLU is not Null
**** Add LinkCode XML Tag to ITT.XML file

***** type=item when linking to a UPC
***** We will not support type=itemlist at this time.
*** Else
**** Do not Send LinkCode XML tag at all.
