Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-232328 - Not updating the register|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-232328]     * Issue ** Unable to send to register when file includes UPC >= 14 digits ** We do not want the Check digit stored, so a UPC should never be entered that is higher than 13 digits. * Requirement: ** Truncate UPC to take first 13 digits when UPC >=14 digits         Issue to recreate:     1) Copied 01 to 99   2) Store > Update Register > Beginning 6/18/19 ending 6/21/19   3) Updates for store 1003 are successful   4) All other stores using same parameters show error on error tab showing in comment section below.   5) Go to Inventory > Item > Item UOM tab   6) Exported to Excel   7) Added column to multiply UPC column *1 to see if there were any alpha characters in UPC's   Attached exported file to this ticket.
