* Issue
** Customer does not always have connection to the server to expedite sending files.
* Requirements
** Option 1 - Upload directly via FTP/SFTP
*** Awaiting response from RJ Reynolds if this is possible
** Option 2 - Download file to Local Machine
*** Similar to how we download Grid exports to the browser, we should adjust our process.
** Create Archive folder for submissions.
*** Add Archive folder to c:\store\register
*** Files should be temporarily created in this folder and moved to archive folder after submission or download.
Rename files with Submission Date as part of the file name.
*** Example: 6543134.csv should become 6543134-2019-06-13.csv
