Description *Step to reproduce:*   # Use customer db # go to Store > checkout > new # use store 1001 # enter checkout date, shift no, # checkout type: AUTOMATIC # shift close date: select a valid file # click save   *Issue:*   this error prompts even if there are departments !pastedImage_d117830_0.png!     *Accepted:*   Should have no issue saving checkouts with complete details. If there are errors, valid error should prompt.
